In our modern world, we’re surrounded with tools based on chip technology. Every device manufactured today, from smartphones and tablets to smartwatches, has first undergone a thorough examination using opto-mechanical systems created by the Dagesh Group.
The opto-mechanical systems manufactured by the Dagesh Group for its clients serve to measure and examine hardware, combined with Defect Review systems at the client’s development center which can reach a level of accuracy of up to 6 nanometers. Every system is singularly unique and tailored to the client’s unique requirements.
The systems are accompanied by a designated in-house permanent team from the Dagesh Group, consisting of engineers who have accumulated a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience with complex projects in the semiconductor industry. The team members undergo a long recruitment and training process, and sign confidentiality agreements which ensure protection of the company’s data and technology. The teams work using an exact methodology for documentation and system control, providing daily support and developing new features when necessary.
Combined with the planning and engineering capabilities of our subsidiary Etrog Engineering, the Dagesh Group leads its clients through all stages of development using the Turnkey Project method, from planning to engineering to project management and NPI, all the way to the finalized product.
In order to stay at the forefront of technology, the systems are constantly being renewed and updated. The entire package undergoes processes of integration, calibration and testing in accordance with the strict standards of the semiconductor industry, with clean rooms that meet the ISO 5 (Class 100) and ISO 6 (Class 1000) specifications.
