Our recruitment process is controlled and managed by our Human Resources department and the personal manager in the Recruitment Department. With their entry into their positions, every new employee undergoes an organized orientation process which includes familiarization with the company’s departments and organizational structure, and meetings and training with various employees and colleagues in the various departments.
