Emphasizing Career
Bistritzer received her BA in Social Sciences in 2011, majoring in Human Resources and graduating cum laude from Bar Ilan University. She began her career at the Dagesh Group as an administrative assistant.
Bistritzer proved her excellent human relations and efficiency even in this first role, and was promoted to Recruitment and the role of Human Resources Coordinator after two years. She spent 5 years in that role before being appointed Manager of Human Resources for the Dagesh Group. “I acquired most of my knowledge while working at the company,” she says. “My direct managers gave me the foundation I needed to grow and advance, develop and expand while working.” Bistritzer has been managing the Human Resources department for three years, and together with the people in her department, she is building a group that is also a family.
Family Atmosphere That Allows Personal Growth
According to Bistritzer, the work atmosphere is very much familial: “Dagesh Group is really one big family. Even though the company has over 300 employees, there is always a sense of family. This is what guides the company’s owners, and we instill it in our employees as well.”
As the company’s Human Resources Manager, Bistritzer personally sees to the employees’ wellness, professional training and preservation. “The company expands and develops into new fields all the time, with many promotional channels. The work environment is hi-tech and we emphasize the individual’s well-being.” According to her, people are the organization’s most important resource, which is why the Dagesh Group focuses on career development and offers professional training and courses, promotion and training routes to all employees.

The Human Resources department ensures an open-door policy for its employees and completely supports both the individual and financial aspects of extraordinary situations, such as prolonged illness or the passing of a loved one.
The group allows its employees to maintain a work-home balance and offers teaching positions and part-time, flexible pensioner positions. “We have many employees over the age of 65, and some that are even over the age of 75,” she explains. “Age is not a factor for us at all.”
One of the nice things about the Dagesh Group is its ability to identify the potential within people. According to Bistritzer, “we even recruit employees without experience, based on their personal potential, and qualify them to work in various fields from scratch. In addition, we recently started collaborating with the Reut Foundation, and people with disabilities will start working at the company this month.”

According to Bistritzer, the Dagesh Group is a leading member in its field. Its employees are proud of it and are an inseparable part of its success. The work is very dynamic, and employees are exposed to versatile topics, technologies and industries, which allow them to keep learning and develop.
When asked about her professional calling, Bistritzer concluded: “The Human Resources field is one of the most important in the organization. We put the employee at the center and see great importance in constantly investing in it and developing its abilities. The employees differ from one another, and they have varied needs, which makes the work challenging and requires creative thinking. I feel I have influence, and get great satisfaction from my work.”
